Property Manager:

Position Overview:

In this role, the Property Mangers will be responsible for managing over the leasing agents, maintenance teams, and managing budgets.

Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Manage onsite leasing responsibilities.

• Overseeing budgets and accounting responsibilities.

• Manage market surveys.

• Ensuring the highest rates for lease agreements and renewals.

• Review and analyze monthly statements and report variance.

• Manage inspections of property ensuring there are ongoing maintenance plans to correct any issues.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the local markets.

• Train and mentor staff.

• Other duties as apply.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2 plus years of property management experience with multi-family properties is required.

• Yardi experience is required.

• Proficient with MS Office with an emphasis with Excel.

• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills.

• Proven positive leadership skills.

• Marketing skills.
